Specific Topics

 

Here is a list of specific tools, topics and areas that are often worked on, either for individual athletes, or for the entire team. Each topic can also be incorporated into lectures or workshops, for sports teams, companies, associations, or can be a teaching topic in institutions.

Comprehensive Courses

​

  • Sport Psychology: 1-day Course (1 day focusing on the basic sports psychology concepts and tools)

​

  • Sport Psychology: 2-day Course (2 days with a more in-depth focus on the basic sport psychology concepts, as well as exercises of important tools)

​

  • Sport Psychology: 3-day in-depth course . An in-depth course, which starts with an introduction to the basic sport psychological concepts and tools, and where in-depth work is done to integrate some of these tools into everyday life.
